Starting February 20th, Facebook will allow Page Managers to see which of the admins posted what, when. Facebook added a message on the top of the admin panel that notifies administrators about the new functionality.

This new feature will also include the names of the administrators that scheduled posts in the activity log. According to the Help Page, where the “Learn More” button redirects: “On a Page post, the name of the person who posted will be listed below the name of your Page next to Posted by. On a Page comment, the name of the person who commented will be listed below the comment next to Commented on by”.
All this information will be visible only to Page Managers and will not be retroactive; in other words, you will see this information only from February 20th and onwards and it will not apply to earlier posts.
