Twitter is now allowing all advertisers to use its new Tweet replies ad placement, for app install ads, on iOS and Android.
In a Tweet last week, Twitter announced some good news for app advertisers – the expansion of its latest ads placement, Tweet replies.

The company had started testing the new placement in October of last year, with advertisers reporting an overall increase in impressions and attributed downloads – and a lower cost per install.

The placement adds Promoted Tweets right after a Tweet’s first reply, allowing advertisers that are looking for app installs to reach their audience while they converse on Twitter.
Last September, Reddit started rolling out Conversation Placement, which lets advertisers reach people while they’re at their most engaged – in post reply threads.
