#BeatTheBuzz Spotlight: Ellie Hernaman CEO of Truffle Social

Ellie Hernaman is the CEO of London-based social media agency Truffle Social. Having worked with some very prestigious clients, she will take part in  #BeatTheBuzz, as one of our panel discussion participants to share her insights and experience with the audience!

After graduating at the London College of Fashion where she studied Fashion Promotion and Journalism, Ellie embarked on a career in traditional PR, working for acclaimed agencies including Borkowski PR and McCluskey International, for brands such as Corona, House of Fraser, the Jamaica Tourist Board and Kimpton Hotels.

With industry developments taking a turn towards digital marketing, Ellie’s interests in consumer psychology and the changing media landscape prompted her to take a punt, and in 2010 she quit her stable PR job to set up Truffle, an agency that is most known for its social media community management services, for brands such as Models Own cosmetics, Julien Macdonald and Pink Parcel.

The agency has a 7-strong team of young creatives, and Ellie and the ‘Trufflers’ have an exciting list of objectives on the horizon, including some innovative campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives.
