Shutterstock is more than just stock imagery as the platform now license over 40 million editorial images, covering everything from the latest news stories to iconic moments and people.
You may know Shutterstock as a great destination for stock imagery and video. Well now it is about much more than just that. Shutterstock’s massive content library has now grown to include editorial images, covering the latest in news, sports, and entertainment.
While editorial images were at first “browse only” for all eCommerce customers, they are now available to license and use in your print and digital publications. The editorial license covers use in newspapers, magazines, digital publications, educational publications, and other non-commercial formats.
The editorial content is shot by Shutterstock’s team of award-winning photographers who watch the biggest events unfold across the world. Shutterstock has also partnered with 30 world-class editorial content providers including Associated Press, European Pressphoto Agency, Variety, Billy Farrell Agency, and more.
Pricing is very simple too. One editorial image will cost you $199, but you can also purchase a pack of 25 for $99/image ($2479 pack price).
