WhatsApp is bringing a big improvement to its audio sharing UI, with the ability to send up to 30 files at a time.
According to a WaBetaInfo report, WhatsApp is rolling out a new UI for its audio picker, which allows users to listen to files before sending them (useful if you often send people the wrong ones). But that’s not all! Users will now be able to send a maximum of 30 files at a time!
WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.1: WhatsApp is working on a new redesigned section to send audio files to contacts.
It supports audio preview and image preview of the audio file (if available).

The new audio sharing interface now shows you how big a file is, as well as how long it is, and gives you the ability to listen to it as well. To get the updated design, you will have to download the app through the APK Mirror or by first registering to WhatsApp’s beta program on the Play Store.
The update – currently in WhatsApp Beta for Android also brings a redesign of document thumbnails that are shared through WhatsApp Web. Looking at the sent/received documents section on a WhatsApp contact, there are new thumbnails for different file types like text, PDF, or presentations.
Earlier this week, WaBetaInfo also announced that WhatsApp for iPad is finally becoming a reality! It’s not here yet, but it’s on its way!
