Vimeo’s powerful video editing tools are coming to TikTok to help marketers easily create more content on the video-sharing platform.
To help small businesses recover from a very challenging year, TikTok is partnering with Vimeo to bring powerful video-editing tools to help small and medium-sized businesses “easily and affordably create professional-quality content at scale.”
Vimeo is becoming the first video creation platform to integrate with TikTok for Business, providing solutions for small and medium businesses to advertise and engage with customers.

Thanks to the partnership, roughly 200 million Vimeo users will also now be able to produce and publish ads directly into the TikTok Ad Manager in minutes. They’ll be able to do this from the Vimeo Create section, an advanced artificial intelligence-driven tool for video editing. In addition, they’ll be able to use a number of templates optimized for use on TikTok.
The integration has been previously tested by a select group of creators and advertisers with big success: results of the test demonstrated click-through rates of up to 50% higher than those of previous campaigns, and participants were also able to double their video output in a short period of time. More than 85% of participants to the test reported successful campaign results and plan to run additional TikTok campaigns.
One of these, NaturalAnnie Essentials, a family-run soy candle company, saw a 5.5 times boost in conversion rate within the first two weeks of its campaign. The company’s CEO, Annya White-Brown said in a statement, “We’ve saved thousands of dollars, the stress of shipping candles to a production studio and lots of headaches by using Vimeo for our TikTok ads. Vimeo Create made it super easy—it was as simple as adding your assets to the templates to fit your brand. Now we create anywhere from 30 to 75 videos per month.”
In addition to the above, Vimeo has been added to the TikTok Marketing Partners program, becoming the first partner to earn a badge in the new “Creative Tools” subcategory.
