Twitter announced a new feature that converts your iOS Live Photos as GIFs whenever you upload them to Twitter.
If you’ve ever wondered how it’s possible to convert your Live Photos to GIFs, well, there’s always been the method of changing the animation effect of the Live Photo through your Photo app on iOS. However, If you don’t want to ever deal with that again – at least not on Twitter – there is now a much more direct way to do it.
Twitter has announced the ability to upload your Live Photos and convert them to GIF, with the tap of a button. Easy peasy.

All you have to do is upload an iOS Live Photo wherever you usually do this on Twitter and tap the GIF button on the bottom left corner of the preview. Your Live Photo will be turned into a GIF that plays perpetually.
The new feature may encourage more people to upload all those moments they’ve completely ignored because they couldn’t upload them.
