Twitter is getting a new look thanks to a new and more cohesive set of icons that will be used across the social network.
“The goal was to create a cohesive set of icons that are bold in shape and style yet still relatable and a little cheeky where possible.”

Twitter shared the news in a series of tweets showing the before and after, making it easy to notice the difference and see what has changed:

The new icons seem sharper, using thicker lines and sharper angles, resulting in a clearer, more modern, and more impactful design. The platform said the new icons will be available to everyone – including web, iOS, and Android – “over the coming days.” In fact, you may already have them, and could yet have noticed the difference!
