Prada Opens First Pop-Up Caffe In London

Fashion house Prada has opened the Prada Caffe in the luxury department store Harrods. Open daily until January 2024.

Located at the corner of Hand Road in London, the Prada Caffe is easily found with its mint green storefront.

Inspired by Prada’s most famous stores – including its first-ever boutique, which opened at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in 1913 – Prada Caffè promises a taste of Milan in Knightsbridge. The black-and-white chequered flooring, echoing the brand’s iconic monochrome designs, paves the way to elegant velvet sofas in the season’s pale green, from which guests can admire the floral bas-reliefs that decorate the walls.

Everything from walls, ceilings, and furniture is designed in a minty green color, referred to as Prada green, a color that has become synonymous with the brand.

“The environment revisits Prada’s visual hallmarks, with every choice, from the decor and menu to the tableware and atmosphere, reflecting the brand’s language, approach and distinctive way of viewing the world.”

The Prada Cafe is serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, small bites, and aperitivo, daily, from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sundays between 12 pm to 6 pm.
