With Focused Inbox, LinkedIn wants to help you engage in the conversations that matter most.
LinkedIn is rolling out a new messaging experience with the rollout of Focused Inbox, a new feature that will enable members to find and respond to the conversations that matter most to them.
LinkedIn said it will use a new artificial intelligence relevance model to categorize incoming messaging into two tabs: Focused and Other.
The new Focused Inbox will contain the newest opportunities and outreach, while the “Other” inbox will regroup the remainder of conversations. Members will be able to move messages between tabs at any time, thus helping the AI improve its relevance model for each user.
Focused Inbox will roll out gradually to members worldwide, with the option for members to switch back to the traditional inbox.
