If you are not getting enough engagement on your Facebook page, it might be because, you are forgetting to engage with others as a page as well. An by this, I mean engaging with content posted on other pages or on user profiles, when and where they mention you.
Until now, it wasn’t really easy to do so. You had to click on the arrow in the top right corner of your screen, and switch to using Facebook as your page. It did the job, but it was not very… “user friendly” shall we say.

It might not be a big improvement, but it will make it much easier for Facebook pages to engage with other pages, and hence, give them one more opportunity to get discovered and engage with other users anywhere on the platform.

That’s all changed now. Remember how a few months ago we told you you could now switch easily between your own profile and your page when replying or liking comments on your page? Well, now it seems that you can do so almost anywhere on Facebook!

But you can also do the same on personal profiles, when a user mentions your page:
And of course, you can do it directly from the Newsfeed as well. Also, you can use this feature to reply to comments left by users on other pages.
