IKEA Stay Home catalog is the latest of a series of ads the Swedish company has been rolling out to help us cope with confinement.
It’s not easy to stay busy when locked at home all day and every day. Two billion of us are still under some form of stay-at-home orders. So how do you keep busy? How do you stay creative? And if you are a brand that sells furniture, how do you stay top of mind when even your most fanatic customers cannot visit your stores?
Well, if you are IKEA, you create a new catalog, a Stay Home catalog.
Together with McCann Tel Aviv, IKEA released a digital catalog to help families find solutions to boredom. The Stay Home catalog contains several well-known activities and games for the whole family. Think “find the 10 differences”, “connect the dots”, or even “Tic-Tac-Toe.” And of course, there is also a coloring activity where you need to rebuild the IKEA logo.
You will also notice that the IKEA Stay Home catalog also showcases real IKEA products. Because, advertising can also be fun, right?
