Google is promoting the Stadia Controller with a 2020 Chromecast dongle in a packaged bundle called “Play and Watch.”
The package is currently up for grabs for $99.99, offering savings of $19 compared to buying both products separately.
In addition, Google is also promoting the Chromecast ethernet adapter by knocking off $10 from its $19.99 price tag when purchased alongside the bundle, recommending the accessory for a fuller Stadia experience.
It has to be said that the newer Chromecast Ultra with Google TV offers a richer streaming experience, but when purchased only as a gateway to Stadia, the $79.99 price tag can suffice.
Since June, Google’s game streaming service already supports selected Android TV products, thus users with an Android TV will probably only need Google’s controller or a compatible third-party Bluetooth gamepad to tap into the experience.
