Facebook has launched two new professional certification programs for job seekers, centering on Marketing Analytics and Spark AR.
Facebook has just added two more certifications to its Facebook Career Programs: “Marketing Analytics” and “Spark Augmented Reality Creator.”
Launched back in July 2021, Facebook’s certification programs provide a way for diverse job seekers to undertake accredited and specialized training courses, as well as access to a job search platform.

The additional two career courses have been selected for their high demand in the current marketplace. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics’ jobs outlook, the demand for marketing analysts has grown, with over 96,000 job openings projected each year.
And there is certainly no less excitement in the AR development ecosystem, where an early but thriving marketplace for professional talent is also taking shape.
The six-course Marketing Analytics Professional Certificate program helps data-oriented people acquire the skills to assess how marketing campaigns are performing against goals through data and insights.
It explores analytical skills, tools, data visualization, statistics, segmentation, and more. The program is powered by Coursera, so learners who complete it will receive a certification from Coursera and Facebook.
The Spark AR Creator Professional Certification is a specialized training program for AR creators. It allows advanced-level AR creators to distinguish themselves in the marketplace for their proficiency with Spark AR and earn a Facebook Certified Spark AR Creator badge. This will help them boost their career or pursue creator-for-hire opportunities.
Both programs will grant certified users exclusive access to the Facebook Certification Career Network, a job search platform for graduates and certified professionals to connect with over 130 top employers like BBDO, Dentsu, GroupM, Havas Media, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Reprise Digital, Vayner Media, Facebook, and others.
The two new programs join a list of certified courses like the Facebook Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate, which has helped learners build in-demand Social Media skills.
