Facebook has announced Facebook Business Suite, a new interface to help businesses manage their Pages or profiles across its apps.
As part of its effort to bring all of its apps into a unified interface, Facebook has announced a new app called Facebook Business Suite that allows small business owners to manage their Pages and Profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
Although Facebook has already started unifying inboxes among different apps, this is actually the first product the company has launched that combines infrastructure belonging to three of its messaging apps.

The new Facebook Business Suite is also part of Facebook’s commitment to helping small businesses during this challenging time through training or new features. Facebook Business Suite unifies customer messaging, notifications, and alerts from Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger in a single unified inbox, and Facebook plans to expand to include WhatsApp within the coming year.
Facebook Business Suite also lets SMBs post content and create ads, or schedule them to both Facebook and Instagram.
Businesses can also get insights on what content and which ads are resonating with their audiences.
There are also plans to integrate the Business Suite with Facebook Shop, another feature for SMBs.
“Our goal is to make this as easy for businesses as possible to reach their customers,” explains Graham Mudd, Facebook’s VP of ads product marketing. “We’re really just responding to what businesses are asking of us.”
The new tools were created for small businesses, but Facebook plans to make them available for bigger advertisers as well. For the time being, they are targeted to companies with small ad accounts – those who manage everything manually.
