It takes only 90 seconds for feelings of anger and aggression to disappear from your mind. Take:90 is a new not-for-profit initiative that aims to address verbal and physical violence.
Before violence comes anger, and anger is caused by specific chemicals in the brain. It takes around 90 seconds for these chemicals to dissipate, and for feelings of anger and aggression to disappear.
Take:90 is a not-for-profit initiative supported by an alliance of public, private, and third-party partners. It aims to address verbal and physical violence in society, by encouraging people in stressful situations to take a moment before anger gets the better of them.
To launch the initiative, Take:90 released a short film that takes you through the feelings your brain experiences when you get angry. No doubt you will also appreciate the creative twist in the concept.
