adidas Originals and South Park are teaming up for the release of the Three Stripes’ 4/20-themed sneaker this year.
The adidas Originals Campus 80 was inspired by Towelie, the government secret genetically engineered towel that gets his special powers from gettin’ high.

The character’s consistency for getting high made it the perfect South Park character for the adidas 4/20.
The shoe has a purple terrycloth material, the same material that is used to make towels, as a nod to the character. It features two giant eyes on its tongue that have been treated with a UV-sensitive add-on that causes them to turn bloodshot and red when exposed to sunlight. Yes, much like how eyes look when smoking weed.
adidas has also included a stash pocket underneath the tongue, as every self-respecting 4/20 sneaker should have.
The 4/20 will drop around 4/20 (of course.) There is no pricing information at the time of writing.
