They could have stopped there. The world would already be a better place now that dogs have mastered the art of the selfie. But they didn’t. They took it even further. BBDO and Pedigree created the SelfieSTIX app, basically the first Snapchat for dogs, with dog face filters.
While it seems like a no-brainer, the team had to develop unique dog facial recognition technology using the Stanford University dog dataset to train their AI.
