Last week, WhatsApp beta users spotted a new feature that lets them create custom stickers on WhatsApp desktop.
As reported by Android Authority, a new feature permitting the creation of stickers on WhatsApp Web has appeared on the app’s Beta version for desktop.
User Mukul Sharma first noticed the feature and posted it on Twitter last week.

A new button appears in WhatsApp web, allowing users to crop and rotate images saved on their desktop to use them as stickers in their conversations.
It appears that the new feature also allows users to undo and redo changes before finalizing the sticker image.

The use of stickers is prevalent on messaging apps as an alternative to emojis. However, users on WhatsApp aren’t given the ability to create personalized stickers from their images. This feature is so far only available when using third-party apps installed via the Play Store when searching for “WASticker.”
There is no official statement from WhatsApp regarding the broader release of the feature, nor do we know when the feature will be available to all users globally.
