The Instagram account @furbyliving has transformed everyone from Björk to Britney Spears, Rina Sawayama and Lady Gaga, into Furbies.
While we are all trying to hard on Instagram, @furbyliving is living a life of Furbiery and already counts 13,5k followers.

“I think Furbies are hilarious, and it’s really funny how they spark different reactions in everyone,” explains @furbyliving creator, William Källback Winter. “A lot of people are horrified, some people think they’re cute, but very few people are neutral towards them. I think that’s why they’ve been around for so long in pop culture.”
The Instagram account is known for his Furbies renditions of iconic album covers, such as Arca’s KiCk i, Björk’s Utopia, and Lana Del Rey’s Ultraviolence. The account has attracted over 13,5k followers and captured the attention of numerous pop stars,most notably, Arca, Britney Spears, and Björk, who shared their Furbie-self rendering on social media
Winter says he absolutely loves the Furby’s “simple yet effective” design. “They have a lot of aspects that I try to use when I recreate the covers. There’s the beak, the huge eyes, the IR sensor faceplate, their own Furbish language, the pointy ears, and the cute little feet.“ His choices of which album he will recreate are directed by his followers who comment on his posts.
@furbyliving isn’t entirely new, the account started posting back in 2013. But with celebrities resharing its content, the future looks bright for the account.
