After making a lot of noise in Barcelona during the MWC, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is landing in the UK today. And to celebrate the launch of its new flagship phone, Samsung will be holding a nationwide treasure hunt with the help of social media. Can you catch one?
There will be 7 phones hidden in 7 cities. The online hunt will kick-off at 11am in Glasgow and every hour after that in Edinburgh, Belfast, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, with the last hunt to start at 5pm in London.

Samsung will be giving clues to the locations go the phone on Twitter, as well as periscoping from where the phones will be hidden… but it won’t be that easy, because the phones will be on the move! And they will not be easy to catch as they will be carried around cities by BMX riders, skateboarders or other inline skaters.

All you have to do is track the phone down using the clues and Periscope feeds. When you have identified the location where the phone is, just be there and shout: “Galaxy S7 is here!” and, you will win it!
If you’re not living in one of the 7 cities, don’t worry, there will also be able to hunt down one extra Galaxy S7 on the website, using Google streetview.
