Netflix has released the first trailer for the upcoming Stranger Things 4 and it features a surprise come back of a fan-favorite character.
Be aware, the below contains spoilers for Stranger Things 3.
As usual, the trailer does not reveal much about what is to be expected in the new season. One thing is for sure: the Russians are back and the action is expanding beyond the city limits of Hawkins, Indiana.
The trailer shows a group of workers building a railroad somewhere in freezing cold Russia. And among them is Chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour), coming back from the dead apparently. In season 3, Hopper dies in an extradimensional portal. But nothing is off-limit for one of the record-breaking supernatural series.

Netflix has not communicated on a release date for the fourth season of Stranger Things. Last year, season 3 had been released on Valentine’s Day. Hopefully, we won’t have much more to wait.
