Premium subscribers in 51 global markets can now log in to their Spotify accounts from within these apps, instantly unlocking access to their playlists, saved tracks, and Spotify’s entire catalog. That means DJs can build and tweak sets directly from their Spotify libraries, speeding up prep time and allowing for more spontaneous mixing.
“You can effortlessly mix songs from Spotify using supported DJ software, curating your sets to build momentum or create mood shifts between tracks,” the company explained.
The move follows Spotify’s recent introduction of playlist transitions for Premium users, a feature designed to let listeners experiment with smooth, DJ-style blends in their personal playlists.
