Pizza Hut has started selling “Pizza Caviar,” exclusively available at its NYC location at 921 8th Avenue, from April 10 to 12, while supplies last.

Inspired by the high-low culinary trend of topping comfort foods with luxury ingredients, Pizza Hut saw an opportunity to celebrate its love for pepperoni.
The “pizza caviar” is made from agar-agar and pepperoni-flavored water, forming fish-free little red pearls that bring smoky and savory flavors when dropped on various foods.
The pizza caviar makes its debut in a limited-edition “Pizza Caviar Bump Box,” a playful spin on the My Hut Box combo. Inside the box, you will find a cheese personal pan pizza and a choice of boneless wings or fries, topped with the pepperoni-flavored “pizza caviar”
“As a brand that’s always pushing the boundaries of what pizza culture can be, we saw an opportunity to take one of today’s biggest food trends and make it our own,” said Melissa Friebe, Pizza Hut’s Chief Marketing Officer.
