Barack Obama – one of the United States’ favourite presidents – is on his way out of office. And now, he and his family are giving guided 360-degree and VR tours of The White House.

Announced in a recent Oculus blog post,”The People’s House: Inside The White House With Barack and Michelle Obama” can be found on Facebook as 360 video, Oculus Rift and Gear VR.

It allows viewers to access nine areas in The White House – some of which are off limits to tours. The Oval Office for example.

President Obama was quoted as saying:
Because as beautiful as these buildings are, it’s the people in them and the work that’s done here, the triumphs and tragedies you experience over course of your years here—that’s what imbues a place with meaning.
“The People’s House” comes from Felix & Paul Studios and Oculus.
