Who can better represent bees and raise funds for lifesaving pollinator research than the world’s first bee influencer.
Imagine a bee traveling the world and spreading the word to raise money to save bees. That would be B., the first ever bee influencer.
The campaign was imagined by the Fondation de France, an independent private organization, recognized as being of public utility and created at the initiative of Charles de Gaulle and André Malraux. In the campaign, B. seeks to meet people where they are at, on social media, to capture their attention and educate them on the need to save bees and the important role they play for biodiversity.
B.’s Instagram is similar to those of many Instagram influencers: shots of B. in beautiful settings, stretching for her morning yoga routine, reading a book or simply sunbathing by the pool after a long day of fighting for the future of bees.
As an influencer, B. can be hired by companies and organizations, which share similar beliefs, to promote their products. All of B,’s fees are collected directly via Fondation de France’s BEE FUND and go towards funding “ the actions considered as the most fundamental and urgent in the protection of all species of bees.”
