The result? A trio of denim-clad Air Max 95s and a matching apparel line that channels the spirit of ‘90s skate and hip-hop culture.
The Air Max 95, Reimagined by Levi’s
The centerpiece of the collab is a reworked Air Max 95, available in three standout colorways: Raw Denim (Obsidian), Off-White, and Deep Black. While the silhouette remains true to the original, the materials get a bold upgrade, thick, frayed Levi’s denim panels stitched together in a patchwork style.
Each pair features subtle Levi’s red tab branding on the heel, red rope-style laces, and tonal finishing touches. The white pair comes with a vintage-inspired gum sole for an extra throwback vibe.
The sneakers are packaged in a red collector’s box inspired by Levi’s iconic “batwing” logo, and each pair comes with three sets of laces for added versatility.
A Capsule That Honors Both Brands’ Roots
The collaboration goes beyond footwear. Levi’s and Nike also dropped a baggy selvedge jean and a Type II Trucker Jacket, both cut from heavyweight denim and co-branded with leather patches and off-white contrast stitching, nods to the craftsmanship of the sneakers.
With oversized silhouettes and washed tones, the capsule straddles performance and street style, paying homage to the DIY energy that’s long defined streetwear.
The campaign, sleek and minimal, features a carefully chosen crew of cultural figures: rapper Larry June, WNBA star Paige Bueckers, NFL wide receiver Keon Coleman, and designer Daniel Buezo. Dressed in head-to-toe denim, they represent the meeting point of music, sport, and lifestyle.
This drop is for purists and style enthusiasts alike, a fresh take on sportswear codes through the lens of two heritage powerhouses.
The Levi’s x Nike collection will release on July 10 via Levi’s website and select stores, followed by a July 11 launch on the Nike app.
