There is not much news coming from the entertainment world lately, so when LeBron James takes to Instagram to reveal the official title of the upcoming Space Jam 2, we are listening.

In a boomerang video, the Lakers superstar showed off wearing a hat with the new official logo and title of the Looney Tunes basketball sequel: Space Jam: A New Legacy. The film’s official Twitter reposted the video, confirming the news.

LeBron’s caption, “2021” is, of course, a hint to a release date for the movie.

LeBron James’ production company, SpringHill Entertainment, is producing the film alongside Warner Bros, which produced the original feature. The company had previously announced the release date as July 16, 2021.

LeBron is the new MJ, at least as far as Bugs Bunny is concerned. 🥕
