In Taiwan, IKEA gave itself an Animal Crossing makeover, inviting customers to rediscover its classic catalog.
The ever so popular game is now helping IKEA consumers rediscover the joy of furnishing their homes.

The catalog was created by IKEA Taiwan and closely mirrors the original version using characters and elements from Aninal Crossing: New Horizon.
The game has become an iconic part of life during quarantine.
The 2021 IKEA catalog’s cover features two Animal Crossing characters resting on a couch. Scrolling through the pages will soon make you realize how much likelihood there is with the original classic catalog. Some pages have not been included in this virtual rendering, but overall, the pages that have been recreated truly resemble the original versions.
The catalog remains faithful to the traditional IKEA branding, fonts, and customary layout, with pages labeling key items with prices in New Taiwan dollar, finished off with a real and detailed description of them. Of course, the furniture you purchase in-store may differ from what’s found in this digital version of the catalog.
