The fan-favorite designs include the KALLAX shelving unit, the STRANDMON armchair, the VIHALS day bed, the MALM chest of drawers or even the famous LACK shelves, which now look like they have been pulled straight out of the Minecraft universe.
To complete the makeover, even the product pricing was altered to match Minecraft’s simplified style and using emerald pricing, the main currency for villager trading in the game.
While I wish the furniture would actually really show up in my local IKEA store, I love how IKEA is bridging the world of home design with one of the most iconic video games of our time.
