After adding video with overlays for Dynamic Ads in June, Facebook has now expanded its ad product with Dynamic Ads for Real Estate, allowing brokers to advertise properties dynamically on the platform.
If you’re in real estate, this is great news! Facebook just rolled out its first ad product specifically designed for the real estate industry, allowing brokers to automatically promote their listings across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network placements. As Product Catalog Ads promote relevant products to people who have searched for products on a specific website, Dynamic Ads for Real Estate promote listings to those who have searched for listings on a broker’s website.
Dynamic Ads for Real Estate are very powerful, as they “leverage cross-device intent signals to automatically promote relevant listings from [a] real estate inventory,” without having to create unique creatives each time. This is particularly important for brokerages with many different listings, or a high volume of listings changes.
Also, advertisers need not worry about the beginning or end of their campaigns. They can be left on and the right audience will be reached at the right time, on the right device.
As with other Dynamic Ads, this new addition still works with the Facebook pixel and/or the Facebook SDK and App Events to automatically build the right audience to show ads to. Dynamic Ads for Real Estate can always reach the right people based on neighbourhood, property price, size and other characteristics.
Also, advertisers can optimise delivery to people who are more likely to take action – whether that’s to submit information, or something else.
