Corona, the beer synonymous with relaxation and golden hour vibes, just found a clever new way to bring sunsets to the city, by renting them.
In its latest campaign, “Rent Your Sunset,” Corona and agency Fahrenheit DDB Peru scouted out west-facing windows in bars, restaurants, and homes that offer clear views of the sunset. Then transformed these ordinary windows into branded “Sunset Points,” turning them into what might be the world’s most peaceful media placements.

In return for lending their view, participating venues received free beer for their customers and, of course, a direct infusion of the Corona state of mind. No billboards, no flashy ads—just a discreet vinyl sticker and a golden light show courtesy of nature.
The idea is as simple as it is beautiful. It reinforces Corona’s long-held brand promise of helping people unwind and reconnect with nature, even in the middle of the urban jungle. And in doing so, it redefines what “out-of-home” can mean: less about traffic and eyeballs, more about perspective.
The campaign won a Silver Lion at Cannes Lions 2024 and, more importantly, reminded people that sometimes the best views are free… if you know where to look.
