Casio G-SHOCK and Dragon Ball Z are collaborating for a new GA-110 Series G-SHOCK watch inspired by the anime series.
After the introduction of the DW-6900 designed by Radio Eva, Casio G-Shock is introducing another anime-inspired collaboration – this time with Dragon Ball Z. The new watch is based on one of the brand’s most well-known and popular designs, the digital-analog GA-110 Series, and is clad in fluorescent orange hues associated with the popular anime series.
The GA-110JDB-1A4‘s band is impressively designed “based on letters that spell the words ‘DRAGON BALL,’ decorated with images of Son Goku as he grows and progresses through his training.”
The watch face features gold and black and the letter appears “Z” at 3 o’clock. the 9 o’clock indicator dial includes a four-star ball which is linked with Dragon Ball Z’s main character – Son Goku.
Finally, the watch comes in specially designed packaging which rounds off the design beautifully.
The watch is expected to be available to buy on July 22 from the G-SHOCK web store. It will be retailing around $250 USD (£199).
