TikTok’s CapCut continues to evolve as one of the leading video editing apps, now adding new features designed to make cross-platform sharing easier, most notably, a direct integration with LinkedIn.

As spotted by social media analyst Lindsay Gamble, CapCut’s composer now includes a LinkedIn sharing button.
This means users can create and edit videos inside CapCut, then push them straight to the professional network in just two taps, no exporting or extra steps required.
According to LinkedIn:
“Now, after you create and edit a video in CapCut, you can share it to LinkedIn in just two taps: no more exporting hassle or extra steps to go through. And just like when you post a video directly on LinkedIn, content you share from CapCut that’s related to our video trends will automatically become eligible to surface in those trends.”
Posts will display a subtle “Made with CapCut” message above the caption, but LinkedIn has confirmed that using the app won’t affect how your video performs in its feed algorithm.
The update arrives as LinkedIn continues to push deeper into video, encouraging more short-form and trend-driven content on its platform. For marketers and creators, this new integration provides a more streamlined way to repurpose existing content for professional audiences, something that could make cross-platform workflows significantly easier.
Of course, not every TikTok-style edit will make sense on LinkedIn, but with a few tweaks, the ability to share directly could help extend reach and maximize the value of your video efforts.
