Adobe Premiere Comes To iPhone, And It’s Free

Adobe just made a major move for creators on the go: Premiere, its flagship video editing software, is now available as a free iPhone app.

Once only accessible via desktop, Adobe Premiere has long been an industry standard. But with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts dominating how content is created and consumed, the demand for mobile-first editing power has never been higher.

Adobe’s answer? Put the full Premiere experience right in your pocket.

The app, available for pre-order on the App Store starting September 4, brings familiar features like a multi-track timeline, color tools, trimming, layering, automatic captions, and 4K HDR support, all redesigned to work seamlessly on a smaller screen.

And since great video relies on great audio, Adobe is also adding its AI-powered Enhance Speech feature, which removes background noise so voice-overs stay crisp, even in chaotic environments.

For creators, influencers, and social media teams, this means pro-level video production is no longer tethered to a laptop. Editing on the train, in a café, or between shoots is now not just possible, it’s free.
