What’s not to like about your brand’s Facebook page? Plenty, according to Facebook application developer Woobox, which created the infographic below to illustrate reasons why users of the social network don’t embrace certain pages.
According to Woobox, only 34 percent of brands actually ask what types of content Facebook users are looking for, and issues include clutter, a reluctance to be contacted, privacy concerns, and irrelevance.
