According to Bloomberg, tweets will soon be showing up in Google search results thanks to a new deal between the two platforms.
Now, instead of having to crawl Twitter to get information, Google will have direct access to a half-billion tweets daily that the platform will be able to insert real-time into its search results.

As Venture Beat explained, this is not the first time Google and Twitter made a deal to bring tweets in search. Tweets had been included in Google’ search result in the past, before Twitter made a move to Microsoft and its Bing search engine back in 2011.
Although there has been no official announcement, this news and the recent partnership syndication with Yahoo Japan and Flipboard are coming in the right timing as Twitter is due to announce its fourth quarter earnings.
