To better compete with the likes of Instagram, Twitter has added new photo filters along with new options to change the strength of the filters.

The update is already available for both iOS and Android. It comes with a number of new styles/filters and a better navigation. To adjust the strength, you simply select the filter of your choice and then tap again to bring up the slider.

It’s hard to see anything more than a copycat though. The new feature on Twitter really reminds us of what Instagram lets you do with your photos since it added filter tools back in June this year. The battle between Twitter and Facebook is still on.
