Get ready from some extra action from the world’s most popular dating app. Tinder could be launching its first scripted TV series very soon.
According to Variety, Tinder has recently finished production of a “choose-your-own-adventure” style original TV series. The report shows that Tinder will make good use of its popular swipe feature by making the show available directly within it app, allowing users to advance the story.
The show, that’s currently yet to be named, follows a group of characters at the end of the world, and the plot is quite predictable, as it looks to find out “Who would you spend your last night alive with?”
Production took place in Mexico City, and the show was directed by Karena Evans, who is mostly known for having directed numerous music videos for Drake.
The six first episodes of the new Tinder show will air in October 2019.
