Welcome to the latest edition of this week’s top social media trends! Instagram goes crazy and adds two awesome new features, Facebook flirts with retailers and Snapchat launched its self-serve ad platform.
There are weeks when things go a little crazy and new features are coming from all directions. This was one of these weeks. Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat all added some awesome advertising new features and it’s VERY exciting.
Instagram is pushing hard on its Stories feature and this week the company added a new ad placement for Stories: Direct response. While only verified accounts could use the “Swipe for More” feature on Stories, now everyone gets a choice of 12 CTAs, as long as you’re willing to use paid.
Facebook launched an even more powerful feature this week, especially for retailers. With value optimisation, the platform is now allowing you to optimise your ads based on the value they bring to your business.
And what about Snapchat who finally made its self-serve ad manager available for all? IF that’s not going to change the world of social media advertising, nothing will!
And there’s even more for you below! Check it out now!
- • Instagram Introduces Direct Response Ads In Stories
- • Facebook Launches Two New Tools To Get More Value From Your Campaigns
