Customer service is becoming a big thing on social media. Most consumers are now considering it the easiest way to get in touch with a brand. And why should not they? It’s easy, it’s fast and because brands are so wary about their online reputation, it usually help getting the problem solved much faster too.
Until now, Twitter was the platform of choice for this. But Facebook might be working hard to make a name for itself as a customer service platform too. And that might even become a new source of revenue for the platform. So all hail, right?
