B2B often remains a more “cloudy” domain when it comes to social media marketing. Indeed, when most people agree on the way a company should approach B2C customers via social media, they tend to hesitate on the best way to use social media for B2B purposes.
Although most B2B companies think Social Media is important to their business, a large majority of them keep an ad hoc approach.
Their goal is almost always to increase web traffic and for this they tend to use more “immediate” platforms such as twitter or Linkedin.
