Stickers, the fun little cartoonish icons you can use on Facebook messenger, are now coming to your timeline. Starting today, you can use stickers to comment on your friends’ Facebook updates and soon you will also be able to use them directly in your updates.
Bob Baldwin, the project engineer over at Facebook, explained how “stickers will allow people to reply to a variety of posts in a more fun way than words alone.”

They say “one image is worth a thousand words” and I will agree that stickers are a great way to react to a friend’s update, showing feelings, emotions and opinions with just one tap of a finger. Some will say stickers will just add clutter to the newsfeed, personally I say: Well done Facebook!
Stickers are available on both desktop and mobile versions of Facebook. However, stickers are not yet available to comment on Facebook pages.

To access the stickers on Facebook, simply tap the smiley face icon in the bottom-right of any comment field on Facebook.
