STABILO just launched a print campaign that has already gone viral online. Titled “Highlight the Remarkable” the campaign draws attention to the “invisible” women who helped change the course of history.
Now and then, a print campaign will go viral online. This creative execution for STABILO is probably one of the few. The German stationery-maker, mainly known for its highlighter pens, is already acclaimed across social media for its latest campaign that highlights “invisible” women whose (remarkable) impact on history must be acknowledged.
Conceptualized by DDB Group Germany, the campaign sees the STABILO BOSS highlight extraordinary, yet “invisible” women in historic photographs.
In this series of three images, STABILO features Edith Wilson – former US First Lady who assumed her husband’s presidential functions after he was paralyzed, Katherine Johnson, the NASA mathematician who ensured the safe return from the moon to Earth, and Lise Meitner, who discovered nuclear fission. In all of these cases, their significant contribution was overshadowed by the man they were partnered with.
Bravo STABILO 🙌.
