It’s almost time for Rogue One, the new Star Wars film, to be released, and Disney is doing its best to maximise the hype. Apart from a Q&A on Twitter with the film’s cast, the company also released Rogue One-themed stickers for Google’s Allo messenger.
Google’s Allo might not have that many users yet, but it’s got a lot going for it. And Google wants to convince as many people as possible to start using it. That’s why marketers – especially movie studios – are flocking, to use it as effectively as possible.
In October it got stickers for series Stranger Things, and more recently stickers for the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Now, just in time for this week’s release of Rogue One, you get access to stickers on Allo that will “help you prepare for the […] adventure.”
