It’s been a while since Facebook added the feature to edit photos and add text, photo filters and stickers to them on its mobile app. Now, it is finally also allowing users to do the same on the desktop version of the platform.

You might have already noticed that when you upload an image on the web version of Facebook, in addition to the normal tagging button you also get to edit your photo.
Just press the little paintbrush button, and you get all the options laid in front of you.
You are given the six options for filters, you can add stickers or crop the image as you see fit.

It’s really incredibly simple actually, and although basic, you won’t be tied to editing your images on your Android or iOS devices anymore. Whereas mobile is indeed very important, it’s a rather good idea to allow users to access the full functionalities of any platform across their devices. Most users should already have the new feature on their accounts – to check if you have it, just try uploading an image. You should see the paint brush on your image prompting you to edit it as soon as it has uploaded.
Oh! And one more thing… All your stickers from Messenger are synced! ;-)
