More specifically, Instagram added 5 new filters to its collection. According to the official announcement, the new filters, named Slumber, Crema, Ludwig, Aden and Perpetua will “soften and subtly shift colors to achieve the look and feel you want for your each photo”.
In addition, Instagram has changed the way filters are applied to our photos. From now on, users will see a blurred preview of their photo at the bottom of the screen, right were the filters’ list exists. Moreover, Instagram will show each user’s favourite filters first. If you wish to rearrange your favourites list, then you can swipe to the end of the filter tray and hit the ‘Manage’ button.
