It may have been down for several hours, but it seems as if Facebook has been preparing a gift for men around the globe – or maybe a menace? The social network has launched a brand new feature which will give lovebirds the opportunity to celebrate anniversaries in a… digital way. Let’s see the details.

This new functionality is available for all those who have shared wedding, engagement or relationship anniversaries through Facebook. The social network will display up to 5 photos of the happy couple to their newsfeeds only. Those selected have both persons tagged and they are selected randomly. If you don’t like the photos Facebook has picked for you, you can always change them or upload those you like most.
Although the pictures are only visible to the couple, you can always choose to share them with your Facebook Friends’ lists. And remember; you can view the album of your happily-ever-after if you log in the day of your anniversary!
