If you’ve ever found that it’s taken too long to export data to Excel, from multiple Facebook accounts in Ads Manager, you’re in luck. Facebook has just made a special add-in for Excel to deal with this for you.
The Facebook Ads Manager for Excel add-in (FAME for short) integrates seamlessly with Excel 2016, and makes it the process of exporting data from your Facebook campaigns a lot faster and much easier. FAME has been built especially for marketers who want to export multiple Facebook accounts directly to an Excel spreadsheet – a process that was extremely time-consuming and in many cases rather annoying.
FAME has also been “designed to simplify data exports and campaign reporting.” Advertisers can now run a single report to download from multiple ad accounts right from within Excel. Explaining a little bit more about FAME in a recent Facebook Business post, the company wrote that with FAME,
advertisers will be able to build their report templates in Excel and download performance data directly into sheets, combining data from multiple Facebook ad accounts without manual integration. Information can be refreshed every 15 minutes to ensure your data is always up to date.
You can now Download FAME for free from Microsoft’s Office Store and integrate it very easily with your copy of Excel 2016. And more importantly, you don’t need any special IT skills to do so. Then, just connect FAME to your Facebook account and you get access to a range of “pre-designed templates” that allow to get exactly the metrics or reports you want ASAP.
