Also known as Gen-Y, Millennials are broadly defined as those born from the early 80’s to the early 00’s. They are in fact the empowering generation, the new adults, the new executives, the ones that will shape tomorrow’s world.

Millennials are very active on social media and they follow brands they love, but almost only because they are looking for free stuff, discounts or competitions. They are a difficult target to satisfy and they don’t like to be told what to like or talk about. And they love their privacy!
